1) An Organizational Structure is the arranging and outlining the various facilities and activities, resources, co-ordination, skill, supervision and logistics is such a way that it helps the management and the company to achieve the goals and targets of the organization.
An appropriate Organizational Structure always pays the management, employees and the company at large at rapid growth. The goals of the organization can be achieved if the proper leadership, a strong one, is merged with the hard work of the employees. The goals of the firm can be achieved if resources and production facilities are made available to the employee at the proper time and this is called structuring the organization infrastructure in a well proven way.
The success of the projects which are undertaken by the company falls totally how the organization’s control exists in the hand of management, if a tight hand exists it will not let the project without earning profits, otherwise not. The organization success is exists in combination of all functions and their coordination and communication between these functions and the system which helps in achieving this is called the structuring of organization. If the marketing function coordinates with the production function, then only the demand of the customers is fulfilled and higher such coordination, higher the turnover and higher the success. In the same way, if the HR function coordination with the direction ie. management, then higher targets are achieved which will ultimately brings success to the company.
Thus, the properly planned system and structure of Organization will brings a great success to the company.
