Health Literacy is becoming an important concept in the health care and public health fields. Discuss what kind of data might be helpful to determine where to focus health literacy campaigns (who would be your target audience and why?).

Health literacy or education is one of the chief component to create awareness about disease ,it's prevention etc ,to prevent disease , to increase the number of healthy population of a country. While we provide health education ,we should focus on the target to whom we are providing the education and the methods used to provide the health literacy and also should add some of the statistical data to attract or to show as evidence about the outcome of health literacy .

In today's world ,the main focus is given to the young generation in any field why because they are the generation which would lead our country in the future so there health has to be all set to work for our country . Also the young generation is the generation which is more attracted towards the shining world like eating fast foods , having drinks etc as they want to enjoy their life to the full .

So ,my target for the health literacy would be the young teenagers . I will use a audio -visual method to implement the health education because only having a talk will be boring for them ,to make it attractive I will include the visual treat which will be interesting and along with it a two way communication system will be used so the there will be a interactive session with the teenagers . Listening to a person and going is not the task here . We have to each other's concepts , perspective about health and do the changes as necessary . In addition to this I will use data to show them that how many teenagers who were addicted to this fast foods ,drinks ,drugs etc had diseases and about those who don't used these things . It will provide them a clear picture of what is right and what is wrong .
