What is experiential learning and how is it helpful for teaching leadership, and interpreting group dynamics? How does technology impact the formation of groups and teams?
Experiential learning focuses on actually learning and reflecting on real life and world experiences. For teaching leadership and intergroup dynamics the best way to understand these areas is to actually live them through practice. Many theories and educational tools can go as far as given us words to use for understanding and theories of doing so, but that can only provide so much. Some areas such as leadership and intergroup dynamics need to be experienced in order to get a genuine understanding. So when teaching these areas experiential learning should be used.
