My personal philosophy of teaching is an education in action
that gathers graduation with practical experience. I start my
personal philosophy of teaching with simple sentences,
straightforward and easy to grasp. My philosophy of teaching
focuses on learning. Learning strategies can be different from each
individual as per experience, beliefs, values, and attitudes
towards education.
As a teacher I will focus on student learning should
be based on student understanding. students learn by environmental
experience and practical knowledge in daily lives. It promotes
diversity and a positive learning environment. This sorting out
strategies in my personal teaching philopsophy encourage students
to analyze, organize, compare their understanding with others. This
sharing of ideas encourages students to achieve the best outcome
activity and promote learning through empowerment.
