The learning strategies would include models, specimens, cartoon, graphs and charts, practical method, case study, field trip, conferences, seminars, workshops.

The nursing can recruit racially diverse faculty by having the diversity at workplace, promoting proper and effective induction programme, assisting them in overall continuing education..
