It is health educator responsibility to guide and teach nurses to improve the health of the population...educating nurses in every part of settings like schools, community, organization and homes is a educator role..It is also include health related behaviour change make nurse to achieve their goals with their life style,values and beliefs..It improves nurses self care, self empowerment and ultimately,less dependence on the health care system..
