Public health in U.S mainly focuses on promoting health at population level through investigating and intervening in the environmental,social and behavioiral factors in health and disease.

1.The U.S health care system mainly focuses on primary care i.e with prevention and health promotion rather than treatment of disease and recovery of illness / disease.

2.The classes that can be choosen in master degree program is like Health educator ,Community health worker, Social worker which can help Debbie to work as not for profit health insurer.

3.The health insurance plans which is beneficial for chronic conditions are Diabetes mellitus,Heart diseases,Kidney disorders .

4.Under the Affordable Care Acts health plans should focus on  preventive aspects which is available at no cost.Examples include- Safe pregnancy and motherhood, education on family planning methods, depression screening and treatment,postnatal care,care of newborn etc...

5.The stakeholders in reaching mothers in local market mainly includes the community health nurse,the spouses and the mothers ,with them the support of government through various programmes like Maternal and Child health programme,School health programme etc...
