Goal will be patient able to breath properly with out any difficulty
Special teaching aids such as chart showing the picture of the lungs and how we are taking the breath etc can be explained to the patient.
The specific intervention and teaching should be to in semi fowlers position and then will reduce the breathing difficulty, the intervention can include giving chest physiotherapy to remove the secretions and teaching can include to drink plenty of water.
The responses can be evaluated by the breathing difficulty comes down, respiratory rate become normal, and it can also evaluated by the patient was taking adequate water and also lie down in the bed always in the semi fowlers position etc can understand the patient get something from the teaching.
