1.The nurse has dine a criminal offence by signing a physician signs and prescribing. The nurse have no rights to prescribe drug according to their scope of practice .This a forgery done by the nurse as per law. The nurse will be subjected to penalties, imprisonment or in probationary period.

2.Supermarket is a public place and discussion information in that area can lead to breakage of privacy and confidentiality for a patient information. This is a willful violation under OSHA done by the employee to a patient. Putting the patient information under risk for public exposure .The employee will be fined for the loss

3.This is an inappropriate conversations made by the staff in a open place like brake room .Disciplinary action can be taken on the grounds of general misconduct by behaving like .The concerned staff has to be warned first.

4.Here the bilkj g department employee can be warned for not doing the same error again.A disciplinary action may not be required.
