(1 point) Part I1: Nutrition During Childhood Seven-year old Emilys mother took her to the pediatrician for her annual check-up. Her weight is 72 pounds and her height is 51 inches. Emilys mom is concerned about her daughters weight. Her current weight-for-age plots at the 95th percentile and her height-for-age plots between the 75th and 90th percentile. Her BMI-for-age percentile is at the 92nd percentile and it has been increasing over the last 3-4 years. (Her BMI at 3 yr old was at the 70th percentile and her BMI at 5 yr old was at the 85th percentile.) Her siblings, one younger and one older, are much slim than Emily and dont have as much of an appetite as Emily, so they tend to eat less. Emilys mom is obese and has struggled with her weight for many years, but her father is at a healthy weight for his height. Emily is currently in second grade and rides the bus to and from school every day. She participates in the School Lunch Program every day, but her parents give her some money in case she is still hungry and wants to buy additional a la carte food items from the cafeteria. After school Emily and her siblings stay at home with a sitter until one of the parents comes home
