1.According to the CDC growth chart , a 7-year-old boy should weigh between 41 to 68 pounds, height should be 121.1cms and BMI should be approximately 13.7 to 17.4. Timothy has weight - 68pounds ,height 127 cm and BMI - 19.25 kg /m^{​​​​​​2.} . His weight is in upper range ,height is above the normal range and BMI is also above normal range .

2. The suggestions for improving Timothy's eating habits are :-

- advice parents to avoid additional food from the cafeteria or vending machines and provide lunch which makes his tummy full with nutrition food

- advice parents not to store foods like sncaks , chips ,cookies ,soda ,and icecream for children because they all contain preservatives ,increased amount of salt and other chemicals which are harmful for health

- provide three time meal which is adequade to provide all vital macronutrients and micronutrients needed for his growth and development .

- Prepare nutritious diet for him in the breakfast and pack lunch which will provide him energy the whole day

- Dinner should be made light because food does get absorbed while you sleep .

3. Advice the parents to encourage their child for outdoor activities rather than playing video games and other indoor activities . Encourage him to participate in extra curricular activities and participate in competitive sports in the school

4. Yes ,it is significant that Timothy's mother also has a weight problem because she is also obese and due to this concern she brought her child to the physician to ask about his normal growth and development .
