health leadership in mental institutes is in major need of
opportunity courses and texts that focus on corporate sectors.
there is little attention or concern paid fr leadership issues in
the mental health world. The non-profit organization has more
leadership opportunities in the US. there is a major growth of the
public sector for exemplary leaders for future needs.
The path to someone needs to grow on leadership should follow the
principles that identify the vision, mission, and values and
contributing to having the capacity to go forward with organization
and people. communicate a shared vision, organization culture, and
key values, organization culture and empower the employees. ensure
that staff is trained adequately in human concept technology to
