Even though we make our own food choices, the food connects with the family and society. It provides a cultural heritage for the individual and the community. Food chain and technology encourages food diversity. Food diversity can lack in important nutrients than traditional foods and increases risk factors of major diseases. So the large corporations take part in the correction of these measures. The U.S Government is taken steps in selection, formulation, and production of food substances. In an emergency crisis, it provides a diverse food that has rich in nutrients and culturally based. The government ensures healthy diverse foods availability and thereby reducing the risk of major diseases. The Government also illustrates the recommendations of the minimum requirements of important nutrients based on age and gender. These provide a great impact on health outcome.
