ANS)

YES,it is very correct that the premature infants are having special dietary needs and acquiring their special requirements are always hard.Usually the nutrition is provided only moderately in initial days in awareness of danger of bigotry because of lack of development of newborn's digestive system and capabilities of consuming food.

Increasing nourishment too early is very important for enhancing the existence and encourage development.Keeping the baby away from the undernourishment in the initial days of birth can provide long period welfare for the baby.

The infant will accept the highly secured breast milk with the help of a very narrow and fine tube which is incorporated through the mouth of the infant.

The supply of sufficient amount of nutrition to the premature baby is very difficult with not fully developed organs and very especially the gastrointestinal structure. Some of the lack of developments involve,

* Lack of ability to synchronize inhalation and exhalation.

* Lack of ability in absorption of proteins and fats.

* Time lag in the gastric draining.

Thanks!!!!!!
