2080 hrs / year, 80 hrs / 14 days

if the unit has 30 patients = 12 hours shift - 285 hrs/12 producting hours = 23.8

if 8 hours shift -285 hrs /8 productive hours =35.63

3. if full time RN gets $60,000 and the benefits 20% for full time RN requires $70,000$
