Weight of the patient is 98 kg.

5 mcg/kg/min is the infusion rate.

So, mcg/min = 98 x 5 = 490 mcg/min.

Available is 500 mg/250 ml.

Mg/ml = 2mg/ml

1 mg = 1000 mcg and from that mcg/ml = 2000 mcg/min.

Ml/min = 490mcg x 1 mL/2000 mcg/min = 0.245 ml/min.

Ml/hour = 0.245 x 60 = 14.7 ml/hr.
