Second degree burns which requires dressing needs experience in it and can be done by a medical surgical nurse effectively

The patient is already transfused with a pint of blood already and no reaction has occurs ,and is receiving second units needs observation and monitoring for changes of breaks, allergic reactions and reporting immediately after stopping the transfusion. This could oxxir very least for the patient and hence a more stable patient to be assigned to a maternity nurse

Open fracture always needs surgical intervention so a surgical nurse works better here

a patient with contusion needs a intensive care nurse

Ans:25 year old client with hemoglobin 7.8g/dL who is receiving second unit of packed red blood cells.
