It is concerning with the preventing of or starting of onset of disease, and mainly it is focusing on redusing on incidence of the disease .
In these there are some disease interventions those are applied by before development of and disease or any injury.
For example vaccination against the vaccine related disorders DPT, MMR, BCG, POLIO Vaccines ect.
* Through primary preventative we can promote the health of the peoples.
* Main aim of primary prevention is reduction of development of diseases.
* we can give some of health promotion activities like less consumption or low intake of carbohydrate diet leads to we can reduces the risk of development of Diabetes mellitus.
Strength of primary prevention :
* we can educate to all.
* before accurence of disease we can reduces risks.
* prevention is better than cure, it can apply here.

Weaknesses :
* all people can not follow what ever we educated.
