Answer: Although the federal government is spending much on the healthcare system but still there are many underlying problem in the U. S. healthcare system. One of the most common problem is lack of healthcare insurance. It has been found that near about 27 million people are uninsured. The uninsured people are unable to avail better care of facilities as well as treatment. The major reason is the high rate of premium that not everyone can afford.

The Vulnerable population are also unable to pay the premium amount due to low socioeconomic status. This causes them to suffer from the disease. Proper treatment facilities, reimbursement can not be avail by these group. Although the government has introduced ACA ( Affordable Care Act) to reduce the premium rates and people can get healthcare insurance.
