1) There should be flexibility in working hours, so that the nunurses could spend or manage their time table. Spend quality time with family also in busy schedule.

2) There should be appraisal program, like prizes should be given to nurses who provide better facility

3) They should be provided with some freedom, so that they could feel better and independent

4) By seeing today scenario, security should be there, in case any emergency

5) there should be some initiative or interesting program in the hospital for nurses.
