Take a minute to identify the primary problems that change can create in the nursing environment. What can be done to overcome these problems?

Actually many of the healthcare facilities are facing problems of overburdening with work due to understaffing of RN.So any extra work burden may create change in the environment

The working schedule demands a long working hours for nurse where any additional change  may be a concern for them.

There are also some occupational hazards like exposure to different blood borne pathogenic microorganism like needle stick injury and many others too. That point should be borne in mind while making any change.

And last but not the list some bullying may be there in hidden form .So that point should also to be noted with empathy.

Proper staffing with correct patient nurse ratio

Extra working hours to be minimised

Safe working environment with proper infection control measures

Safety of the workplace to be maintained with proper unbiased supervision
