Answer #1

The evolution of structure here refers to the way of doing business which is getting generalized with time but the statement is not correct completely because there are instances where an idea has transformed the business and changed it completely, therefore entrepreneurship is still considered of high value. We have witnessed so many entrepreneurs who have made it big and huge just with a new and advanced idea which has helped them reach their peak. The way people and organizations are doing business it is very touch to implement and experiment with something new because there is very less scope to do that as competition is very high and in order to sustain in the industry the organization has to be in the market or else it will be sidelined. As the scope of doing something new is getting limited entrepreneurship skills are getting constrained to some extent here and this needs to be changed or else the business world will lack innovation.

It is stated that entrepreneurship is facilitated under structures that are more organic or structures that are more flexible and always ready to accept something new which will make them stand out in the crowd. I will strongly agree to this statement because it is actually true, entrepreneurship needs a more flexible structure or a setup which has less expectations. If we look at the entrepreneurs we will notice that when they formulated the revolutionary idea, people did not expect them to do something big and they did it. If we take the example of Mark Zuckerberg we will see that he was a student and the idea of a social network came to him just like that in his hostel room which eventually made him big and what he is today.

I believe that in order to facilitate entrepreneurship the structure has to be more flexible and accepting, innovation is the key here and in order to do that research and development has to be the primary focus as most of the energy should be invested here. If we look at the organizations today we will notice that they focus a lot on research and development in order to formulate or devise something new which will provide them a competitive advantage over its competitors and help them grow as an organization. The ideas are always there but it demands a proper situation in which it can be executed so that the idea is successful.

Social responsibility is an obligation whereby organizations should have to behave in ways that do not harm their customers, employees, other people or the environment. In a purely economic sense, this is counter-intuitive. Absent a real threat of financial harm, an organization has no incentive to behave in a socially responsible manner. To state it another way, if it increases the Company's cost but does not increase profits, why should a company behave in a socially responsible manner? Laws and...

    1. How many different ways can you have r numbers 1 sum up to a number n? These are called compositions of a number n and it is easy to calculate from our understanding of binomial coefficients. So the number of compositions of 4 into 3 parts will be 1+1+2, 1+2+1, and 2+1+1. Note how we think of 1+1+2 and 1+2+1 as different-because in the first case, the first number is 1, second is 1 and third is 2, while...
