United States is one of the most diverse nation in the world. The health care system in United States as been called the best in the world, but many of it's residents cannot afford or donot have access to adequate health care. Health disparities in the United States explores how socioeconomic status, race, ethinic make - up affect the health disparities.

A public health issue that has been receiving more attention lately is the impact of stress on mental, physical and emotional health. According to scientific based research or a poll conducted Harvard school of public Health, a quarter of americans say they are under a " high level " of stress. Stress not only contributes to chronic health issues like headache, muscle pain and sleep problems, but it has also been linked to the worsening of seemingly unrelated health problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Health Experts recommend that people who deal with chronic stress should get regular health checkups and find effective coping methods.

I believe mental stress is the most common health problem the community is facing in this era, Indiscriminate of race, ethinic and social groups.
