Answer: Due to diversity in the population, there are patients with different cultural beliefs and values. Hence in this situation it is important to indulge framework or model to increase the efficiency of treatment. The use of Watson's theory of human caring states that humans are not object as they require more enhanced care and safe environment. This theory increase the evidence based practice as it enables the healthcare professionals in decision making and critical thinking skills to provide better care to the patients. Providing cultural competence environment to patients can enable them to discuss their problems which can result in to better treatment. Healthcare professionals can easily communicate by this to decrease the disparities.

The use of framework allow the nurses to evaluate the relationship between the clinical data and the solved issues. The use of models and nursing theory elevates the outcome of the healthcare to the patients. The use of Watson's theory of caring improves the various methods of improving the health of patients. It increases the awareness to implement cultural competence environment.

The scientific base model which also includes analysis, evaluation as well as researching improves the clinical practice. The cultural competence environment, evidence based practice in nursing enables Nurse in decision making, critical thinking skills etc.
