Please show all of your work, including units.Remember to include significant figures.1.(2points)The spectrophotometric absorbance of three different solutions ideally could be measured in this experiment to help determine the concentration of unbound ferrihemoglobin (Hb.Fe2+)and bound ferrihemoglobin-imidazole (Hb.Fe2+.Im) complexes. These solutions, designated A, A0, and A100are important. What do each of them mean in terms of a) [Hb.Fe2+]? and b) [Hb.Fe2+.Im]?

Answer #1

Unbound ferrihemoglobin (Hb.Fe2+) means that the Fe2+ is bound only to 4 pyrrole N's of the porphyrin ring system but not to imidazole-N.

Bound ferrihemoglobin-imidazole (Hb.Fe2+.Im) means that the Fe2+ is bound to 4 pyrrole N's of the porphyrin ring system as well as to imidazole-N.

    1. (2points)The spectrophotometric absorbance of three different solutions could be measured in this experiment to determine the concentration ratio of unbound ferrihemoglobin (Hb.Fe3+) to boundferrihemoglobin-imidazole(Hb.Fe3+.Im. These solutions, designated A, A0, and A100 are important. Use these terms to mathematically define: a) [ Hb.Fe3+] and b) [Hb.Fe3+.Im]

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
