The policy framework in health and social care in public and private local health level is that the local level is incorporated with the framing of primary and acute care where the immunization, regulation of food standard and provide preventive and community care. Whereas, the production of the health policy at the state level is mainly concerned with the insurance, finances, sanitation, allowances and direcr care delivery through public and private hospitals.

It is widely seen that at both levels that is local and state level fhe policies are comverned with the continuous development as per the public demand but the local policies are governed by the requirements of the regional social and cultural influences whereas, state level policies are developed from basis of the national policies.
