QI means quality improvement. Quality improvement is the basic parameters which every Organizatin keeps on working on it to provide best services to their consumers .

One of the quality improvement need in our Organization was in the department of accounting

It was chosen because too many complaints very coming related to unmatching of data and it causes many loss to the institution .

The current methods which was being used was manual method filling the registers with all the details and calculating manually .

The alternative method which we have chosen after having a discussion is use of computers instead of manual operation . It would be easier also to work and also less cumbersome with too many registers .

The staffs of the accounting department were called for a meeting and were told about the new implementation to be made . Also a demonstration of how to use the software was explained to them by the IT people and the implementation was done from the next day .

On the follow up after implementation of computerised software ,the staffs were happy with the system as it has made their tasks easier and also less stress of missing and miscalculating any data . The functioning was smooth and well maintained .
