While oxygen has atomic weight of 16

Therefore, as compound has N = 14 = one N atom

And oxygen = 32 = 2 O atom

So compound B is NO2

In compound C, N = 28 = 2 N atom

Oxygen = 32 = 2 O atom

So compound C is N2O2
