answer- a and c

a.to teach the patients biofeedback mechanisms to train pelvic floor muscles- wait until the urge feeling subsides and walk normaly to the toilet this will avoid urinary loss from urge,also advise the patient to programme urination at regular intervels which can increase bladder capacity and inturn losses.

c.teaching kegels exercise- these are plevic floor muscle strengtheing exercises whih help with bladder control and inturn prevent loss.

choice of incontinance containment devices- absorbent and diapers are not a cure or treatement plan , they are to prvent embarssement and to provide hygine, this cannot be a viable treatment option and nurse should advise to obatin proper treatment. developing a fluid modification plan is aslo contorversial beacuse, this can cause urine concentration and subsequently give rise to infection of urinary tract .
