We know that lithium atomic number is 3 and it has 1 electron in its outer most shell and 2 in inner shell. So assuming that these electrons will be consider in calculation of total negative charges. So per atom we have 3 electrons.

Total no. of atoms = 46 6.02210277,012 10

Total no. of electrons available in this sample is 3 * 277.012 *( 1023-831,036 * 102 |

Charge on one electron is 1.602 10-9o

So net negative charge available in the sample is 831.036 * 10品* 1.602 * 10- Сー13313196·72C
