1.5 = 7.4 / Current liabilities

Current liabilities = 4.93 million

If the current ratio has to be 2

2 = 7.4 / Current liabilities

Current liabilities = 3.7

Reduction in current liabilities required = 4.93 - 3.7 = 1.23 million
