1 Name Each Area and the value and The Land Marks
2. What values are opening or Closing with S1 and S2,
3. When does S3 occur in the Cycle and S4
4. What is a pulse deficit?
Also on the Diagram Explain what value is auscultated where on the chest using land Marks
1.)
A - Aortic area - half an inch in diameter with its centre in the right intercostal space close to the parasternal line
P - Pulmonary area - half an inch in diameter with its centre in the left second intercostal space close to parasternal line
E - Erb's point - left third intercostal space close to the sternum ( Second aortic area)
M - Mitral area -Left fifth intercostal space half an inch medial to the midclavicular line
T - Tricuspid area - half an inch in diameter with its centre on the left side close to the sternum towards its lower end
2.) During S1(first heart sound) - Closure of Mitral and Tricuspid Valves at start of systole
During S2(2nd heart sound) - Closure of Aortic and Pulmonary Valves during end of systole.
3.) S3 occurs in early diastole just after S2 when mitral valve opens allowing passive filling of left ventricle
S4 occurs during diastolic filling of ventricle due to atrial contraction and is pathological.
4.) Pulse Deficit - is when a difference is present between the number of beats of the heart in a minute and the number of beats of pulse in a minute observed in diseases of the heart.
Condition of pulse deficit :
*)Atrial fibrillation
*)Arrhythmia
*)Aortic dissection
*)Cardiovascular diseases

Given the following sequence of instructions: lw $s2, 0($s1) //1 lw $s1, 40($s3) //2 sub $s3, $s1, $s2 //3 add $s3, $s2, $s2 //4 or $s4, $s3, $zero //5 sw $s3, 50($s1) //6 a. List the read after write (current instruction is reading certain registers which haven’t been written back yet) data dependencies. As an example , 3 on 1 ($s2) shows instruction 3 has data dependency on instruction 1 since it is reading register $s2. b. Assume the 5...
