Show the curved-arrow mechanism for the first step, and the structure of the cyclic intermediate formed, when cyclopentene inI got this wrong of how I drew it. can you help me fix it?

Your cyclic intermediate is not right . Also, your curved arrow shows the lone pair of Oxygen contributing to the double bond , which is wrong . The Mn=O double bond itself contributes . I am giving the correct scheme.
