The oven is not suitable for rosting a turkey.
The pan commercial said it could be used to roast a turkey pan weighing 25 pounds. QVC's advertisement claimed that it was possible to use the roaster to roast a 25-pound turkey. T-Fal received the pan from France's parent company, adding two handles to the pan. On Thanksgiving Promotion Day itself, Loyda Castro saw the advertisement and ordered the pan. She also used it on the same day to cook the turkey.
When Castro tries to lift the oven placing two fingers on each handle. Two fingers were the maximum grip permitted by the small handles. As the turkey tripped towards her, She lost the control of the pan during the cooking process and suffered second and third degree burns to her foot and ankle which have led to scarring etc;
