1. Non- detection of the heartbeat of the child is a concern for sure. But the technologist has no right to tell her concerns directly to the patient. She should inform her doctor about the same. The physician has the right to check and confirm it. The physician should take care to avoid unnecessary complications of the pregnant woman by understanding her accordingly.

2. The physician's goal is to make the pregnant woman comfort by discussing the real situation. The family members also have some responsibilities to give her support and confidence.

3. Solutions are to be made after confirming the condition of the woman and all decisions should take according to the policies of the organisation and medical ethics. Here, in this case, abortion may be the choice in order to ensure the safety of the pregnant woman.
