ANS) If a patient develops a productive cough,is a short of breath,has cyanotic hands and has noisy,moist-sounding,rapid breathing the symptoms may suggest PULMONARY EDEMA.

The pulmonary edema is mainly happened when there is a surplus fluid in lungs.And these surplus fluid is accumulate in several air sacs which is present in the lungs and that leads to trouble in breathing.Usually the cardiac issues results in pulmonary edema.The fluid may also gather due to pneumonia,subjection to some contagion and drugs,damage of upper body walls.The pulmonary edema will enhance the pressure of pulmonary artery and at last the right ventricle of heart turn defective.

Mainly cardiac complications are the reason for pulmonary edema.So the main thing is to avoid the circumstances which leads to cardiac complications and it is possible to decrease the heart issues by,

Consumption of health giving foods like vegetables and cereals.

Use moderate amount of salt and it is very important for the patients with increased BP or Blood pressure.

Stop smoking- The smoking will enhance the chance of having heart complications.

Do body exercises daily and keep a better body mass.
