Interaction of Hydrochlorthiazide and digoxin: Thiazides diuretics creates hypokalemia when taken with digoxin, leading to the digitalis toxicity.

Allopurinol and 6-Mercaptopurine interaction: The 6-mercaptopurine toxicity occurs as allopurinol inhibits xanthine oxidase which is responsible for the inactivation of the 6-mercaptopurine.

Enalapril and spironolactone interaction: Chances of hyperkalemia.

Sildenafil and nitroglycerine interaction: Higher risk of hypotension.

Theophylline and cigerette smoking interaction: Decrease the serum theophylline level.

Digoxin and Cholestyramine interaction: interfering the absorption of digoxin by binding with it.

Codeine and ritonavir interaction: metabolism of codeine is decreased
