Answer this question in at least two paragraphs.

Briefly explain the central argument in Judith Jarvis Thomson's essay "A Defense of Abortion." What position does she grant 'for argument's sake'? What does she claim concerning rights in general, rights for women, and rights for fetuses? What is her general assertion concerning the morality of abortion?

Do you agree with her position/conclusion? Do you agree somewhat? Or do you strongly disagree? In answering, engage directly with Thomson's essay (i.e., pick out a specific claim and explain why you think it is convincing, needs improvement, or is entirely flawed)

Judith Jarvis Thomson essay about "A Defence of Abortion" arguments are

A short story of a violinist to safe guard his life has kidnapped a person to make use of the circulatory system. Doing so can remove the toxins from the violinist and save him.But this is against the persons wish who has been forcefully used for his system to help or support a stranger which is not acceptable. Similarly the fetus will make use of the mother without her permission. This is again a form of using others body to survive by a fetus. The expanding child refers to the growth of the fetus in the womb bigger than the size of womb which can burst open a day and making the fetus to walk out without any harm but causing injury to the mother. Pregnancy due to rape failure of contraception again is a controversial topic of who to be blamed whether the victim or the contraceptive devices. Here the women has to grow the child without her consent or planning affect her emotions. All this state's that every women has the rights to take decision in regards to abortion because it his her body being used by a fetus.

Similar Thomson doesn't support abortion which are done after a fetus is born alive during a late term abortion because here the child deserves the right to live and legally a mother nor others have rights to kill the baby. Repeated abortion is not allowed because this is possible only when a women is in voluntary relationship and knows the consequences if done in the wrong period of a menstrual cycle.

These things makes one to agree with Thomson's view on abortion but it is always a concern that the ethics and rights of the fetus cannot be justified or saved.
