a. Any reasonable means are generally acceptable. Telephone, telegraph, mail, fax, and e-mail are all valid means of accepting an offer. So Trudy communicate an acceptance of the offer to Castillo using any of the above means.

b. The offer will expire after the lapse of a reasonable amount of time. This varies depending on the circumstances of the case.

c. As per the mailbox rule, The acceptance will be effective when it is placed in the mailbox.So acceptance will be effective when trudy places it in the mailbox
