P^3- is largest species because of number of protons are less than the number of electrons.The nuclear attraction decreases over valency electrons.

P -5e^- ------------> P^5+

P^5+ is smaller species because of number of protons are greater than the number of electrons.The nuclear attraction increases over valency electrons.

The anion size always greater than neutral atom . The cation size always less neutral atom

P^3- > P>P^5+
