1. Adequate hydration
2. Regular insulin with normal sale given through intravenous.
3. Continous blood sugar monitoring.
Why?
1. In this case scenario patient is having random blood sugar 532, patient may have ketone bodies in blood and patient will have dehydration due to polyuria and hyper thermia. So patient need adequate hydration.
2. Blood sugar around 532 is considered very high, so patient may need to receive regular insulin through intravenous route for speedy recovery.
