Answer 1:- Medicinal use of plants have been important for health historically, the knowledge about such use in developing countries is limited. Medicinal herbs have been used in traditional practices to cure diseases since prehistoric times. Some Medicinal plants and herbs that we use in our day to day lives like turmeric, ginger, basil leaves, mint and cinnamon are commonly used in our indian dishes that benefits or protects us from cold and flu ,help us in digestion, builds strong immune system . Mostly Medicinal plants are used in pregnancies to promote safer and better healthcare for pregnant women and their unborn infants .

2. Answer:- Herbal therapy may be legitimate as used in our folklore during the ancient times , people mostly use herbal plants to cure their diseases , plants likely contain bioactive compounds that could be used as drug therapies. Though more than 80% of plants species have not been tested for therapeutic potential. This lack of interest from skepticism about the legitimacy of traditional plant therapies. Many cultures use Medicinal plant for multiple ailments right from the evolution till this time . Therefore itz time to support and develop already available Medicinal plants used for therapies around the globe and found significant remedies that could cure diseases without any kind of side effects to be approved by our researchers in the laboratory to prove the validity or legitimacy of herbal medicines.

3. Answer :- Plants have been used for health and medical purposes for centuries, even in modern areas. Herbal medicines and thiertutilization have been increasing rapidly in recent years.

Naturally herbal medicine influence in many ways to use such products for beneficial results like :-

* Herbal medicines are more affordable than conventional medicines.

* Easier to obtain, stabilizes hormones and metabolism.

* Natural healing herb , builds immune system.

* Fewer side effects and cost effective.

Herbal medicine were mostly used for prevention and for treatment, it's products influence to treat diseases by herbal supplements to improve health and well-being and may be used for other therapeutic purposes, it is available in tablets, capsules, powders, extracts and so on . Herbal plants are important sources for pharmaceutical manufacturing that influence in many ways to use such Medicinal plants for longer benefits with lesser side effects etc.
