Most of the people opt for the junk foods which also causes obesity, cardiovascular disease, hypertension etc. Children should avoid caffeinated beverages as it also causes many diseases.
By eliminating these kind of causes that may increase the risk can reduce the chances of getting I'll or have any healthcare issues. This increases the people to live longer as well as healthy. Introducing physical activities in our daily life can also provide platform to prevent ourselves from the disease as walking or jogging increases the blood circulation in our body which provides oxygen to every cells. This also maintains the blood pressure and reduced the cholesterol level which keeps us more healthier.
