Then, Troponin tests from the emergency department are the answer because Troponin tests are a test of cardiac enzymes which is done in the case of a Heart attack. A heart attack is an emergency medical condition that required quick intervention.

Other options, Routine glucose tests from patients on medical floors and Lipid panels from the outpatient clinic are not an emergency diagnostic test.
