Recruiting new staff and motivating current employees is a challenging task at a low-budget healthcare setting. However, the situation can be managed by providing strategic role of compensation, offering compensations for new inventions and performance, proving competence in relavent labor market, paying better for high performing employees and similar incentives. Including the healthcare insurance or health care benefits, health promotion activities, creating stress-free friendly environment and including sick holidays are also important to motivate the employees.
