The article discusses how many people frequently go out to eat in sit in and fast food restaurants where food tends to be high in sodium. Even those with health issues such as hypertension still tend to go out and eat. It is alarming to me that people would much rather go out and eat because they'd like to instead of lessening that amount for the sake of their health and body. I think that the food industry taking action is necessary since people aren't taking the initiative for themselves to be healthier and decrease how often they go out to eat. A suggestion I would have is menus should display the amount of sodium in certain items or be marked at least to be high in sodium or if the item is healthier be marked with low in sodium.

I have a balanced opinion on this statement. The individual themselves should be bothered about their health but not the restaurant workers. Peoples have to take initiative regarding their health issues. They have to plan a diet inorder to control the hypertension as mentioned in the article. Same time the display of amount of sodium present in the food items is recommendable. In case of those people who are uneducated and have no clues of which all are the food that have sodium, they will be beneficial as they see this menu.
