  1. Nurting intervention: to mobilse the patient once in 2 hours, to inspect skin regularly, healthy diet, to relieve pressure, exercise, reduce Body mass index, to treat skin infection
  2. Sucessful outcome:To reduce weight, to cure the bone infections, sucessful mobilisation etc
  3. Understanding on the root cause that is obesite with fatigue is the readon for pressure sores. This knowledge will aim to hit the target to bring the desired outcome.
  4. Resources on obesite, Osteomyelitis,pressure sores will help the patient. Awarenesd program, councelling will help
