= h x 2b x h/2 - (h-d)(2b-2a) x (d+(h-d)/2) / h x 2b - (h-d)(2b-2a)

= 44 x 2x27 x 44/2 - (44-23)(2x27-2x8) x (23+(44-23)/2) / 44x2x27 - (44-23)(2x27-2x8)

= 25539 / 1578

= 16.18 mm

MI = (I1 + A1r1^2) - (I2 + A2r2^2)

= [(2b x h^3 / 12) + 2bh x (h/2-y)^2] - [(2b-2a)(h-d)^3 / 12 + (2b-2a)(h-d)(y-d-(h-d)/2)^2]
