The role of the nurse in employment assistance program is to deal with the employees. About their type of employment, nature of work and the work timing has to be explained prior to joining in work. All the details has to be provided related to the job. All queries of the employee related to the work has to be cleared out.

When the problem arises, out of employment, the nurse has to be supportive and helpful to solve the problem. Nurse has to develop trust among the employees. Nurse has to be trustworthy in nature. The nurse has to play a vital role in developing harmony in the employment .
