Test results are suggestive as
Blood is present in the urine and dark colour urine which is symptoms of kidney failure
(pH of urine decrease
Volume of urine decrease
Blood cells can be seen in the urine
Cast cells are present in urine may be granular or hyaline
Biuret test positive as proteinuria is present
All these test result suggest acute renal failure )
Swollen ankel and puffy face also very suggestive to acute kidney failure
Elder people with kidney failure usually have the burning pain in their lower half
All the symptoms suggest that mr Thompson have acute kidney failure
. According to me yes cast may be present in the urine
And hyaline cast brown and granular cast ( with cellular debris )
